WE HAD A FAMILY PARTY at our home. The usual merry making, sharing food that we love, good conversations over cups of tea and coffee, and sharing a Cake and chocolate. SM did a great job serving every one. She made a well-accepted curry chicken dish, a pineapple/carrot salad, tomato rice, and a white chocolate macadamia cake for mom and I.

Sister Pat cooked a noodle dish, chicken liver and chicken wings. Brother in law Lee brought his all-time-favorite pork balls in soup.

Today is a happy affair, a family is able to share a life event with loved ones. Birthdays are celebrated all the time every where in the world..... To those who are fortunate enough to have a nice meal, good company, a birthday cake and a glass of wine..... and I am one of them today; we count ourselves lucky and happy.....
