BY THE TIME I GOT HOME this morning SM had already got the pizza dough done and I didn't get a chance to try making it ..... In any case I got to making the pizza before it was baked.
Ingredients:
- Apply generous amount of tomato paste to the pizza base.
- Put some mushroom and sliced fresh tomato pieces on the pizza base. Add chopped garlic.
- Next put some sliced ham. I used ham off the bone in thin slices.
- Then add generous amount of mozzarella cheese and then the pizzas are ready to be baked in high heat (220 C) in the oven for 10 minutes or when the cheese melts and the base is crusty.
- Add some sliced olives for taste
- Add fresh parsley when ready to serve
Next time when we make the pizzas we will add chorizo sausage slices and picked chili to make the pizza more exotic. We should also use buffalo mozzarella instead of mozzarella cheese.
I will ask SM to make the bases thinner.

Here's another dish I cooked yesterday:- Chorizo sausages Casserole in crushed tomato with bacon slices, garden peas, red onions, and free-range chicken.
Very wintry, hearty dish. Served as a casserole or soup. Good for winter dinner. Chorizos are available from local delis. I bought a pair of 300g chorizos at about $7.
