I need to be serious about this business of working up a sweat and keeping the old heart pumping, daily! It's getting very difficult these few days because of the hot weather. Yesterday we had 35C, today's 38C and tomorrow is forecast to be 34C with a late afternoon cool change.
And I hate hot weather.
It has been so hot the heat so intense there is no incentive to do anything productive..... I get lethargic and like a lizard put out in the sun to dry.
But I need to get back in the game to be effective and to be successful..... and I will. Some days they are easier than others. You just cannot beat it. c'est la vie; like they say ................................
