Friday night is my favorite night in the week. Typically I would go to bed past mid night. Somehow I am extra energetic on a Friday night. Today all the sales people have come back on deck; Bruce, Grant and Scott. There have been stories and tales of what they did in their holidays in the office banter this morning, the usual yarn and chin wags.
I get out early, by 9am I am heading out West to do my stuff. There's the demos to do and sales to follow up. It's going to be a busy Jan to line up my all my ducks.

By 1pm I am heading back to South passing through the city. The mercury has hit 37 deg C by then and I am glad I am in air conditioned comfort. Road traffic is still sparse but I am sure by next week the M1 will be back to seeing heavier vehicular traffic. Because of this I am able to navigate through the city easily as I am heading to my folks' to have a quick lunch with them. Mission accomplished for this Friday.
SM and I go to Carington Road Box Hill for dinner tonight. We toss up between this new Korean restaurant Gangnam Station and 富摇; in the end we it is Gangnam. We try their Gyoza, seafood soup and beef bulgogi. The food is of high standard but pretty standard Korean fare. SM is happy that the boiled rice is steaming hot, her soup is also steaming hot; the restaurant is sparkling clean and he table service excellent. My beef bulgogi appears on the dining table and we estimate it to be like 400-500g in weight! The beef is presented and stacked in a small mount on a hot plate and its portion is big enough for 2 to 3 persons to share. Alamak I have had to eat it all because SM does not like beef.
